Our HIT-32VD9W Router Guide will make the installations of Von Duprin 98, 99, & XP99 Exit Devices easier than ever on wood doors. It can be used on both rim & surface vertical rod devices. The template has been designed to work with a plunge type router to make accurate cut outs for lever trim, non lever trim, & exit only devices. It also features hardened drill bushings for the through bolt holes. The HIT-32VD9W attaches to the door with three drywall screws. It can be adjusted to allow for different strikes, door thicknesses, & door gaps. All mounting holes will be covered by the exit device when it is installed. Von Duprin wood door installations will now save you time and your installation will look more professional. Requires the use of a plunge router with a 1/2” collet capacity equipped with 5/8” template guide and a 1/2” diameter router bit.
